3. Verified Listings

All sellers must provide accurate information. KYC Marts performs reasonable verification but does not guarantee third-party platforms' future actions.

4. Escrow & Payments

Funds are held in escrow until you confirm delivery. Disputes are resolved by our team within 24 hours.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under our Buyer Protection Guarantee when a product does not match its listing.

6. Prohibited Use

Fraud, money laundering, and any unlawful activity are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

KYC Marts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
